Combining durabilty soft ride and long tire life what TY Cushion tire is all about. Over fifteen years ago TY Cushion Tire built the first succesfull full size soft ride solid loader tire. In 1998 Advance Tire partnerd with TY tire and helped them build the most succesful and complete line of press on loader tires avaliable today. It is this experience in manufacturing and marketing solid tires that sets TY Cushion and Advance Tire apart from its competiors.
TY tires innovative solid tire design allows you to now have the durabilty of a solid tire without sacraficing the ride. One of the most innovative design features not found in other solid tires is the ability of the TY loader tire to be pressed onto your origianal equipment lock ring style wheel. This feature saves you the costly expense of buying specialized wheels for your solid tires. By using the O.E. 25" wheel TY OTR tires put more rubber between the ground and your machine than any other solid tire. More rubber means more tire life.
By far the most important feature of a solid tire is the quality of its rubber compound. All TY Cushion tires are built from a tough cut resistant rubber compound. This rubber compoud also has excellent wear and heat charecteristics. But the most unique feature of TY rubber is its flexability. The combination of a flexiable rubber compound and aperture holes give TY tire a nearly pneumatic ride. Ride also plays a key role in extending tire's life. By allowing a tire to flex you increase traction, when you increase tracion you reduce spinning and reduce tire wear.

TY Tread Designs
In order to make sure you receive optimum performance from your tires, TY offers a variety of tread design. From a the smooth P and DA tread for use on improved to semi improved surfaces, to the FA tread which will run in mud. Why TY solids are enviormently friendly tires
Solid tires outlast pneumatic style tires 3 to 5 times which means less tires in the landfill.
Solid tires do not fail prematurely again less tires in the landfill.
Solid tires do not require the use of urethane foam fill to make them flat proof. Once a urethane filled tire is worn out both the tire and the thousands of pounds of urethane can end up in the landfill.
In many cases TY solid tires can be rebuilt back to full height when worn out, replacing only the rubber that has been worn off.
This rebuild process saves thousands of pounds of rubber and less manufacturing resources.
